BTW Asset forge version 1.3 does not seem to have this problem as it does not use an external/system file browser when saving/exporting AF 1.3 seems to use a build in file browser ... would the use of the internal File browser like in AF 1.3 be possible for AF2 or AF3? Would solve the issue I suppose...

Running into the exact same issue on my Chromebook (crostini) Asset Forge runs totally fine , until i want the save/ export. Already any solotion? I would love to use Asset Forge on my Chromebook because it is a very nice combo with Godot, which runs great on my Chromebook. Please ...... :-) (BTW Asset Forge runs very well on my windows PC, but i just like to use it on a cromebook :-) )
