When I had 100.dll error I had to specifically get the x86 version, the 64 version didn't fix the issue. Maybe that's why it isn't working? Other than that I have no idea.

a quick google search shows me that MSVCR120.dll missing means you need the 2013 one, I didn't get this error so I can't verify it.
