Thanks, I’m glad you enjoyed the game! By the way, nice YouTube channel! I just hit the subscribe button.

Thank you so much for your kind words! It truly means a lot to me. :) Game development is primarily a hobby for me, but I absolutely love creating worlds… and I love absorbing all kinds of ideas, always fascinated by what developers come up with. Your game really captivated me, and I was especially impressed that it ran almost flawlessly in such a short development time. I barely encountered any bugs or issues! Keep up the great work!

By the way, I’m seriously considering turning this concept into a full-fledged game. I believe it has real potential—but as a solo dev with a regular job, it's tough to find the time. I also have a main project that I’ve been working on for 1.5 years now. But I'm so drawn to this concept that I’m genuinely thinking about dropping my main project…

Thank you for your kind words :) I really liked your game as well and can only return the compliment!

I always put a lot of time and love into my games, and I’m really happy when others enjoy them! I’m seriously considering expanding the concept and turning this game into a sellable product. However, I’ll base my decision on the feedback from the community.

That being said, I’m very fond of the idea, and I had a lot of fun designing the assets, even though I couldn’t implement everything I had originally planned due to time constraints.  Maybe we can work on something together next time! I really liked the story part of your game ;)

The art style is very well done! The presentation and the opening cutscene are absolutely amazing! The space theme is well executed. Is the reverse interpretation that the Mars rover moves from right to left?

What impressed me the most was really the style! 10/10! Or in this case, 5 out of 5 stars!

I would have wished for a bit more gameplay innovation, but considering the time constraints and the final product, I think it's a very beautiful game with a classic high-score chase.

I initially had a similar idea! ;) So I'm really fond of the concept! The execution is well done, and the art style is cohesive!

I might have given the enemies a break from time to time so they could disengage and possibly spread out, adding more dynamics to the game.

All in all, a very nice game for in between – great work!

This game kept me engaged for the longest time! It had a certain pull on me, even though, to be honest, it's not my genre at all ;). Normally, I hate collecting coins—or in this case, clovers—but somehow, you still managed to get me hooked ;). Very well done!

I think the concept is fundamentally well executed. The different sections are quite varied, and the voice acting is absolutely great! I can't even count how many times I cursed when hearing that voice—it has a slightly demotivating vibe, which only pushed me to try even harder!

Very cool concept!

I also like the pixel style. The space theme fits well. I think your game is very well done. Don’t worry too much about your skill level … be proud of the work you’ve delivered here. I’ve seen far worse games! Keep going, and I’m looking forward to more games from you! <3

This is my absolute favorite game in the game jam. I love story-driven games and the way this one was interpreted and implemented for the jam is fantastic. The musical accompaniment fits very well! Petting pigs – that's absolute top-notch gameplay. A really beautiful game. I played it all the way to the end ;). The pixel art style suits the game, and the assets are well done considering the short development time. Did you create the assets yourself?

Best regards,
Marco

I know you joined the jam very late. I would have really, really loved to see what would have been possible if you had joined earlier! 😉

The idea is interesting, even though I personally missed a bit of the 'puzzle' aspect. Considering the short amount of time and the final result, I still found it to be an entertaining little snack.

I’m looking forward to more games – maybe with a bit more time next time! Btw - I like the hidden 'quit button' I love when games do things like that!

I liked the sudden appearance of the boards and the 'pencil station,' but unfortunately, I didn't know what to do with the pencils. It might have been due to my monitor resolution (32:9) 5120x1440 – in any case, the menu buttons weren’t exactly clickable for me. I somehow ended up in the game by accident.

It might have been better to offer different resolution options or at least a windowed mode. However, I found the concept very interesting, and the interpretation was decent, even though I didn’t make it to the end.

As previously mentioned, the game is too loud. If there were a desktop version, at least the issue could be fixed via Windows/Linux settings. The mute button (C) didn’t work for me, unfortunately.

About the game itself: I personally really like the simple visuals and minimal explanations, as it encourages the player to experiment and figure things out on their own. However, the controls should at least be visible at the beginning. Unfortunately, the number combination puzzle lost me.

The sound design is completely missing, which is a shame. Considering that the game was one of the first submissions and the time between the start of the jam and submission was relatively short, I still think it turned out somewhat decent. Still, it's a pity – it had the potential to be so much better.

The art style is awesome! I would have never thought of making a game with MS Paint – really cool work. The puzzles are well thought out; I'm still trying to figure out the code on the pinboard. However, I actually found the second ending pretty quickly by accident – which I think is a great idea for those who struggle with the puzzles!

Thank you :) yeah the movement is inspired by inscryption (one of my all time favorites btw) thought it would perfectly fit for that genre. Nice Video btw! All of my friends used the piano also for playing their favorite songs or similar things :D. Yeah I know that problem with the collision in the middle of the room. The character shoots a ray that is telling him when he can/can not move with a specific length. I have noticed it to late that you can walk through the middle. I could fix it but because it is not gamebreaking I'll leave it like it is and maybe change it with an later update. :) Appreciate your feedback!
