in the requirements about music there is written: "nothing too crazy or over the top"
so I guess I understand now, but my question was: if I restrict myself to make the music extremely simple in melody, rhythm, instrumentation, production, etc, can I go crazy at least in the harmony?
This was my question, but I guess I don't really want my harmony to be so wild. I asked just for curiosity

I like to compose music with a set of restrictions, but I want to ask. if I use, for example, two chiptune tracks and a really really simple percursion, can I go wild with the harmony?
