Hey! :) thanks for the review, you're absolutely right about everything. This is the first version of the game that I wanted to distribute to my friends before Christmas and at the same time try publishing on itch.io, even though it's only a wip - that's why I marked the game as in development :).
Yeah the zombie sound is emitted in the location of the zombie but probably because of the spawn it doesn't work right and in the time I wasn't able to quickly solve it :D. Snowmen were supposed to be there just for the feeling of insecurity. And for the zombie chase just on the end - this was made to build tense, but you're right that this could work better if you are trying to find all the gifts (which locations were supposed to be random first) while you're chased by zombie Santa :)) - I don't really like chases though.
The snow is inside because it's Santa's warehouse! :D
My first intention was just to make it for fun for my friends as first game, but people are really playing it, so I've already thought about implementing a few ideas that I've had originally.
