when will the skip function be fixed?

dam i really dont want to play it all over again especially since the skip doesnt work

i run windows 11 and i run a amd gpu 5700xt and amd ryzen 7 5800x  16 gb ram.

yea honestly i dont know my game wont even load anymore cant even it just freezes as soon i i try to load into the gam.

well I'm trying to get back in the game to try and do that but the game wont even load as soon as i try to load a save it just freezes.

i cant seem to finish the "meet Ellie at the old guest house" I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong is the "old guest house" not the house i live in and if not where is the old guest house. or is the quest not yet finished?

you just go through the scene again but for some you do have to save before hand like when julie almost walks in on you and linda

how do you get the last character after eri?

do i have to transfer the save to the new file or does it do automatically 

how do you do it does it happen automatically when downloading the new update or do I have to move save files to the new download ??
