• To get through the gates at the beginning, you need to examine the flora and fauna.
• The study contains a book that grants a clue on how to defeat the final enemy.
• The dog loves his steak; Perhaps you should add a little "seasoning"?
• Something used to be very attached to the well at the back of the mansion.
• Is the door boarded up? Here's Johnny!
• The fire in the lounge must be extinguished.
• Make sure you are fully loaded before entering the crypt.

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it. I coded the game from scratch, but hope to build on the 'engine' for a future release and implement things like a better parser.

There should be a direction (north) you can go to another part of the basement.

You need to look a bit harder in the basement, then ;)

I enjoyed this atmospheric text adventure! Short but very well put together. Is it possible to go into the kitchen? I wasn't able to find a key to unlock the kitchen door.
