Love that idea. Feels like a Rubik's cube. I mean, potentially you could even extend the game onto a Rubik's cube.

Yeah, we are aware that it needs more introduction to controls etc., we just ran out of time and the hud menu etc, was the last thing we wanted to do. And I think the candle thing as an example is something people will see out of different perspectives. I totally understand that it feels arbitrary for you, but I would guess for Zelda fans it would seem way too "normal" or overused :D. Thanks for your input <3. We take your critic into consideration.
Great work. I think this idea could easily be extended to a well-polished game with more twists. When we brainstormed, we kind of thought of chaining characters together seemed too simple and easy. However, the more games I played, the more I saw that you can make great game concepts with it. Like one did a dog, you have to tame which somewhat would fit the last GMTK Theme "Out of control" as well. This one was one of them. Being cautious of not hurting yourself gives the game a lot of dynamic. Thumbs up <3.
