just wanted to say good luck 👍

good luck! i would recommend having an extremely small scope/idea. one that would be able to implement easily. i would also try to finish early so you can fixed bugs and add polish.

Keep scope like very small, extremely small, because your ideas may take weeks to make in reality.

some tips for the next jam you host,

don't reveal the theme(s) until start of jam,

be clear and precise when writing the rules, for example the voting/rating portion of the jam is not stated well. are the contestants voting or are there judges?

keep the page clean and nice looking, a way of doing this is having contrasting text from the background, following a theme, and having a nice font for text, header, title, etc.

that's all i got, can't wait for the jam!

Yeah for some reason 8 was not working well in all my test, and was what i was trying to fix before submitting. Most of the bugs though I "think" are in levels 5-12. Thanks for the update!

Yeah when you click multiple times too fast sometimes it breaks, i might add the character descriptions in the description though. Thanks for playing!

My  little brother cried trying this.

I am aware of some of the bugs such as the dust particles spawning endlessly on moving platforms, and the fact that the final level blinking platforms dont work.

It says it in the rules.

Good start!

Yes you can!

the idea of first contact

Im learning a new game engine and want some thoughts if i should do this jam or not. Since 3 buttons seem really simple but really hard/annoying. And knowing this i am debating to join this jam. So please leave you opinions below.

i liked the fighting mechanics and the art. But at the start i was really confused and was just walking around. besides that every thing else is pretty good.

Good job! Can't wait to see newer updates and projects.
