i found this game by chance when i was filling my playlist for otome games; and honestly, i wasn't expecting much! 

i am not too familiar with the greek mythology, but this game was too enjoyable for me!! i find both penelope and odysseus adorable (i wish i could hug themm)

**possible spoilers(?) and constant rambling**

when i read that this game had many bad endings, i knew that there was no way i would be able to get the happy ending at first (i have this ability, superpower, or whatever to get the bad ending first) and i was genuinely surprised when i got the friendship end at first try (idk but i was really happy that this game was an exception to my curse) and got the happy end at the second one!!

personally, i don't have a "favourite" ending, since i regard both the happy ends as the best ones, but the ending in which penelope had to disguise as a servant was too precious T^T

i like yanderes, and i got those vibes from odysseus too (just one of my various reasons to love him <3)

i played another game, called The Princess of The Tower Wants A Hero, and the art in that game was also reallyy pretty, and also got that game's vibes in this!

overall, i love the character designs in this game, but it was a shame that not all the characters (penelope's father and odysseus' two friends) had faces and we never got a chance to see penelope's cousin (helen?) T^T

also, please help me gett all the CGs!! i can't get the CGs in the fourth page that are on the top-left and top-right!! T^T

MY FIRST OTOME GAME!!!

this game was pretty good for a free visual novel and i liked the character designs a lot! i was pretty curious about karma from the very start but decided to go route wise.

**SPOILERS AHEAD**

in my opinion, rod's route was unique AND enjoyable. though the inc*st made players uncomfortable, the story was well-executed and kept me on the edge of my seat! his relationship with the girl from the doll shop (victoria?) really piqued my interest. just like all the other routes, his bad end was pretty sad but well-written. i like tsunderes, and that is one of the reasons why i liked his route. but man, him disappearing in his bad end was something hard for me to accept :(

as i said before, i was curious about karma, and so, developed a huge crush on him before even the start of his route (his appearance in the common route stole my heart) and he looked so damn pretty as a woman! i'm also into men that flirt with any women they see, but have a sad backstory; so his route was a win-win for me! also, the fact that he was a runaway prince also made my heart dance! his curse was fascinating and left me wanting more and more (i'm a huge fan of 'The Beauty and The Beast'!) his bad end was also pretty depressing and I CAN'T BELIEVE I KILLED THE LOVE OF MY LIFE WITH MY OWN HANDS ON FIRST TRY!

rumpel. his route was my least favourite because of his saint-like personality! yes, i do respect his desire to save people, but WHAT ABOUT LUCETTE!? my love for flirtatious men does NOT apply to him and i will never put him in the same league as karma. also, he might love lucette, but i hate him.

first of all, please let me sob for varg. WHY DID THIS HAVE TO HAPPEN TO MY BELOVED VARG!? and personally, i would choose him over some knight guy. i have a love-hate relationship with this route. like, WHY IN THE WORLD DOES VARG HAVE TO DIE IN BOTH ENDS ONE WAY OR ANOTHER!? no, i don't like fritz and hate me for it, but my baby varg did not deserve that.

finally, waltz! him being lucette's friend in the past has to be one of the best things in the game! also, the fact that lucette taught him how to sew is SOO SWEET! i could never not love him for being by lucette's side since so long. he was one of the best MLs in the game and i love and respect him for it.

now, the game itself. the RCI is one of the best things to have been created and i love the 'achievements'! the art on each end is so phenomenal and mesmerizing that i screenshot the interface after completing all of them! the opening song is also good and the OSTs are just *chef's kiss*

the side characters were also pretty well-written, but i hate how atleast one of them dies in each of the routes. and: lucette's mom was a freaking m*lf and i love her for that 'cuz being such a majestic creature erases all of her sins in my eyes <3

i played this game 4 or 5 months ago (forgot to leave a review) and THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST FREE GAMES I'VE EVER PLAYED (though i'm still a beginner)!!

all of the routes are so detailed and enjoyable! i did not expect this game to be so good! at first, i just couldn't get into it because i did not know much about otome games; but the moment i got used to them, i returned and binge-played this game and after 3 or 4 days, finished the whole game! i'm now obsessed with route orders, but in the beginning, i decided to go blind...and played yuta's route first, then ikki's and after that, kenji's (surprisingly, i got sweet end in two of them) and then, i dropped this and picked this up 3 months later and couldn't remember most of the routes, so i replayed them route order-wise.

**SPOILERS AHEAD (and constant rambling too)**

ikki's route was SOO CUTEE!!! i did not expect him to have a sister and she was really adorable! now, let's talk about ikki. i love how ikki did not join toshio in bullying me and also told him to stop it (this is what attracted me to him, that's why i played his route when i was playing this game blindly) and the fact that he was so cheerful as a kid (along with toshio) breaks my heart T_T but at the end of his route, we can see that he tries to open up a bit more to the people around him and the cat ears are- *ahem* *ahem* i think i don't have to say anymore.

toshio's turn. first of all, when i first played this game, i HATED toshio; like man tf- and i was convinced that i would not like him EVER and decided to play  his route LAST... but changed my mind when i turned a new leaf. his route was SO FREAKING SAD that i felt like stopping halfway and started apologizing to him (my parents wondered if i had some kind of mental illness)! overall, his route was pretty tear-jerking and my baby toshio deserves the world. also he was kinda yandere (that's one of the reasons why i love him sm)

yuta's route did not feel all that special to me (don't take my opinions seriously), but i still liked it because it showed a new world to the heroine! the writing was excellent and it was impossible to predict what was to come next. also, yuta was a pretty guy and i liked his straight forward, yet tsundere personality!

haru's route genuinely surprised me... i always wondered why there was haru's route, and not ichigo's! naturally, i thought that the heroine was a bi, and obv i was wrong. i really love tsunderes and this route was a morning tea for me (it was refreshing) and i love how this route was executed! it was also unpredictable and thought that the maths teacher was a pedo or smth and i'm glad i was wrong! btw, her mom was pretty chill and i liked her a lot. also, the kiss at the end of the route was the BEST!!

kenji's route was cute too, but if i had to compare it to ikki's, kenji's was cuter than 0.01% like, MAN I LOVE KENJI SM!!! his straight-worward side is good too, but i love his jealous side the most T_T !! overall, his route was very enjoyable and his dad was just- *fangirl noises* his eyepatch was one of the things that attracted me to him (yes, i'm into such things)

lastly, *drum rolls* my beloved RYU!!! who would've guessed that he was the student council president! his route was pretty depressing too, but the fact that it was so well-written makes me sob...like...*sniffle*...he did so much for his friends!! he truly cared for them, so much that he changed himself! he took anti-depressants everyday and became the most cheerful and mysterious character of the game. i actually thought that ichigo was foreshadowing his yandere personality, and that's what got me the most excited about the end! overall, his route was the best and lots of hearts from me for him <3

at last, i congratulate hazuki and ichigo of their coming together, and the most heartwarming part of this game was the fact that ikki's sister survived in all of the routes! also, the parallel universe concept (i don't know what to call it) of this game was one of the best things in the game! for example, the world of the game does not revolve around the heroine and the events actually occur in other routes (e.g. the thing about akane) and the game is ACTUALLY bittersweet, and not just rainbows and unicorns everywhere!

sincere love for this game <3 (though i don't think anyone read thus far)

anyway, the fairy tale vibe of this game was just -- BEAUTIFUL!

i was just looking through the yandere jams of this year and found this masterpiece. damn, i knew it was dark, but not that it was THIS dark!

----spoilers, i guess?----

the second person narrative of this game was so unsettling, yet so fascinating! when it expressed it own opinions, i had a slight hint of who it could be! i also wondered why the characters did not have their own names and waiting for them to introduce themselves T_T

but the notes made the whole game crystal clear! 

again, the game's fairytale vibes were right on point! especially the princess and the mermaid's route (as you wrote in the notes, the gravedigger is not one of the archetypes)!

my favourite was the mermaid, because of her character design, soundtrack and...character design! (i like yanderes with the 'it has to be her' vibes, that's why, i won't mention her or any other character's love for rosette) but their character designs and soundtracks were really unique and intriguing !

i loved rosette at the end when she spoke with her own 'voice' but i REALLY hate it when the yanderes get bad end...but well, this game turned out REALLY good and enjoyable as a result, so i won't criticize it! :)

overall, as a conclusion, i found a masterpiece by coincidence: and i'm really satisfied with the results!

CROWE IS SO SWEET I'M DYINGG

i really like crowe's new design! (no, i've not played the demo, but i searched it and crowe definitely looks better than he did!)

i also wanted to play Killer Trait, but learned that only the demo is available and it won't be free... wish i had the money T_T 

i know i'm being really shameless about being disappointed, cause Ant's drawings are MAJESTIC! i really appreciate this game being free and i TOTALLY fell in love with this

this game built up the mystery really well and i love teasing-types too!

i literally felt aspen when they closed their eyes and stayed still when crowe was just removing the eyelash from their cheek (god i'm so embarrassed to share this *///*)

I'M BACK GUYSS (this is THE long review)

i loved the memes in the game (all hail the meme lord, kuronan) and the brief japanese really made me happy!

as expected from me, i got a bad end on first try (lonan's route) and really loved ALL of the characters, no kidding: ALL of the characters (except that rude b*tch spike). including salt (i know his name is malt) and pepper and i really liked how they didn't feel angry after seeing wren, instead felt happy. though we'll discuss about the characters later.

first the art: it was simply BEAUTIFUL. the main menu art is still engraved in my mind, like, it was soooo gorgeous and the characters also were really fine. wren is really pretty and her personality is so cool <3 i love her so much!

the bgm in the main menu is so good and suitable for this game that whenever i hear the clock's sound, it sends shivers down my spine and seeing the memento gallery after finishing all the endings made me feel really happy (except the bad end ones; they were so painful T_T) and small details such as the "exit" button written as "stop time" etc (i think there were more, but i don't remember) these details connect so well to the story that i'm pretty amazed.

THE ENDINGS ( SLIGHT SPOILERS)

i know i should have saved this topic for last but i just had a feeling that i should save the characters for last

anyways, the story was pretty good, which made the endings even better! 

lonan's route was really heartwarming and i really  loved his and wren's dynamic (they were so in-sync lmaoo) and obviously, the good end (though i sobbed for half an hour because of invar at the end...nevermind, in all happy ends!) the cooking scene in the memories scene made me pretty emotional. i'm saving content to write for the "characters" section so this is the end of his route.

now, galvin's route. first of all, i fell in love with him at first sight after seeing him in lonan's route (i immediately understood that he is a tsundere) and couldn't wait to play his route. again, his bad end made me pretty sad and boyy i didn't know that he didn't like gooey and sweet things (god i love sweets!!!) if i knew, i wouldn't have chosen the nutella-banana crepe T_T (i didn't know choices of what to eat affected the ending and it most fairly did) his route was HILARIOUS and his backstory of how he came to like spicy things made me wheeze. i also liked his and kana's dynamic (they're so lovable T_T) and his route's review has come to end.

it's time for the ~characters~

as i said in the start, i loved wren and i can kinda relate to her anxiety of about "what if they don't like me?" or "will they be disappointed in me?" and honestly, these thoughts of mine always flood my daily life, though i can be open on the internet (i couldn't do even that a few days ago and i had been using itch for a while, but i never once commented on VNs and had the same thoughts even though i don't know anyone T_T) but i'm kind oo confident now and can express my thoughts without any problems (only on the internet)

now, back to the topic, i loved wren and her character design! <3

lonan was sooo cute and cheerful (i like almost all of the dere types, and obviously, derederes too!) he cheered up my mood and made me feel reallyy happy (obviously his character dynamic with wren too!)

but i kind of got yandere vibes for a sec when he punched spike, though it lasted only for a moment then completely disappeared. but it would've been a huge plot twist if he was actually a yandere, but he's okay as the deredere he is! also his character design was really good and totally suited his character, especially the closed eyes and :3

now, kana! she was the only female character as much as i remember and was so easy-going! i liked the way she was always the one to suggest/lead a group hug (and GOD the chibis were cute! T_T) i also really liked her character design and also how she introduced galvin as her little brother and he got annoyed! as i mentioned before, i liked their dynamic too!

lastly, galvin! i LOVE tsunderes and couldn't get enough of him! i just bumped into him in my first try and instantly knew he was a tsundere!(he kind of reminds me of chuuya from bungou stray dogs, probable because of the way he wears his coat, height and tsundere-ness) he was also really handsome (though was a perfectionist) and made me simp on him everytime i saw him! he was the grump-short-height type and obviously, i love them!

it's the end of the review, but i wanted to ask sometheng...why are they wearing winter clothes when it's FREAKING JUNE!!???? it bothered me the whole time! (it's okay if you don't reply *can't blame you*  because i know almost nobody reads my long-ass reviews :D)

the game was really good and thrilling. most recommended!

mann it took longer than expected to clear this game by completing all the endings (almost 5 hrs.) probably because of several distractions irl but still don't know why it took THIS long. when i saw the average session's length, i was truly shocked.

this game's art and visuals were really beautiful! especially the CGs that appeared at the end of both the routes in the happy ends :)

the background music, character sprites and backgrounds were really cute (i couldn't take my eyes off them) this was probably another reason as to why it took such a long time to clear this game.

i want to discuss both the routes and the endings, but first, (i don't know if it's a bug or the problem is with my pc) but i can't see the ending names as well as what endings they are (happy, bad, or normal). this was also one of the reasons that gave me a hard time completing the game (i played each ending over and over because i was not sure if my laptop was exiting the game by itself or the route actually reached an end) though i figured it out after one and a half or two hours (i'm hella dumb T_T)

okay, back to the topic, i think it was a bad end when i ignored the fight between the two passengers and safely got off the train (i think because the game never actually started). though the CG in that end was MAJESTIC and she looked really pretty.

SPOILERS AHEAD (i think...?)

honestly, hoshi's route was kinda dramatic (i think i don't need to explain why), but aside from that, i really liked his backstory and how his desire to protect his loved ones was his weakness (?) at the start of the game, but estelle made him realize that it was his strength. (GOD I LOVE ESTELLE T_T) and his good end was pretty good and he looked charming in casual clothes (especially the cap o///o) and i also really liked his personality (i find quiet types cute) and again, the CGs were perfect of those two hugging and the good end CG (i'm still crying over how cute they were) and i loved his route too.

now, aster's route (i also like cheerful-but-wear-a-mask type too!) though it isn't an official troupe, but if it is, i'm pretty sure it isn't named like i did...(lol)

i played hoshi's route first but i was curious about his backstory too :) so i instantly (not really) completed hoshi's good and bad end and immediately moved to aster's route. i really liked his determination towards his passion and really liked his happy end (again the CGs T_T) and also liked how he carried on his uncle's work and didn't give up on his passion even at the end. though his bad really made me feel pretty incomplete inside and filled me with questions (like why he started acting like that or why he disappeared!) 

i hope you guys will answer these questions (and many other questions that i perhaps did not notice) and make the routes longer and add more love interests (if possible)! the art and storyline is pretty good, so i hope that there'll be updates soon in the future.

oh yeah i forgot about this! in aster's route act 3 towards the normal end, it really cracked me up when aster just kicked the passenger out the train like :'D this part really had me wheezing and i thought i really had to talk about this!

this VN was pretty good for a first and i love how all the choices matter, though they seem trivial. the plot was interesting and the Pale One was kinda cute and i pretty much liked her! the CGs were really good and well detailed as well as the sprites.

!!SPOILERS AHEAD(obviously)!!

i got kind of emotional when vergilius (?) asked my name at the end just like how he hinted that he would ask my name after all this was over. the Pale One reminded me of Sophia from MY Next Life As The Villainess: All Routes Lead To Doom and i'm surprised that nobody has mentioned it in the comments...guess i'm the only otaku here huh :D

anyway the visuals, character sprites and background music was pretty impressive and oh yeah! i wanted to talk about the endings (this'll probably be long)...

obviously, the first ending freaked me out and that was the time that i came to know that i have an ability to get the bad end on my first attempt.

the second ending was kinda spicy though it was a bad end and if i remember correctly, i die because he sucked too much of my blood and feel great pleasure (?) until the end. 

the third one was when we die due to the sunlight. this ending is my personal favourite and it made me realize that the goal we were working towards was a dead end, and made me feel really emotional. the execution was pretty good and obviously, Vergilius is FINE.

the fourth one was the ending in which i think i kill him through a knife and run away from his mansion (red flags aside, i feel bad for him T_T) i don't like how she deceived him just for her own good (i would've stayed there forever!)

the fifth ending was the only happy ending for me and it felt good because she decided to stay with him (literally me) and was pretty spicy and loved her fangs and his pleasurable expression.

finally, the unlockable ending, in which the fourth wall breaks and was pretty good though it didn't actually have a conclusion. though it's a bit tragic, but i imagine that the conclusion to this... was the third ending, though i shouldn't conclude based purely on imagination because there would be no difference to this and the third one except the breaking of the fourth wall. i don't know if there's conclusion to this or not, but i hope it's a happy ending.

btw, i loved the way he kissed me (though i sound like a creep) <3

well, keep up the good work! even though this VN was short, it was a wonderful one and was enough to quickly attach the player to the characters! hope there'll be more works from you <3

i love how the plot and features make it look like a normal otome game while it is far from that!

i was looking for an otome game, but i didn't have anything in mind, so i just went to my old collection and started read all the vns' plot i had added. obviously, i started downloading them one by one and found this. i read this page from start to end and didn't really find anything intriguing, except the character designs (i literally started simping for all of theme as soon as i saw and read about them). i finally reached the walkthrough column and learned that i am supposed to play this blindly. (this kind of piqued my interest) and saw a warning that the comment section is filled with spoilers. on this, i launched it (i paused fujiwara bittersweet and tokimeki memorial girl's side to play this) and GOD it was worth it!

i played this in the order: adrien<callum<chase (idk why i chose chase last T_T) and remember: i played this game blindly: without an spoilers.

but before all that, i decided to stay home (man what does a tired working woman even do on holidays!?) and the game just ended like THAT with me getting a bad end for sleeping!?

after that, i went with adrien's route (i was kind of interested in him and thought that he was a playboy) and i found him kinda cute that he was blushing and all and asked for my number (no, i did not find his smile creepy at all) maybe because of the impression i made of him in my eyes and i'm glad i did that (i didn't want to spoil myself in any way by predicting the twist) naturally, i was aware that there was a plot twist ahead but didn't know what exactly it was (it was almost impossible to predict because i really liked the heroine: especially her personality.

but THEN, just THEN i realized that adrien was my stalker! because i've seen twists like these in mangas, animes, etc and i'm gonna admit that it was kind of predictable, but did not ruin my expectations. i got a hint of this when he literally came to my office to pick me us at that time and was acting kind of obsessive towards me. but i did not expect him to be that messed up (but i'm really into yans soooo yeah, valid) except the fact that he broke up with me for his band. i was like 'girl, yanderes don't do this' (guess i was too normal for him in the neutral end) though i really liked his bandmates. they were so cool and chill like ('wish i could date one of them' -- is the thought i had because i was too innocent for this world. and in the good end (god the heroine opened the door of something inside me that should have been closed off forever)

overall, i really liked adrien's route (honestly all of them) and the CGs were a piece of artwork (especially in the fireflies scene) and hope you will make another game as you said in the bonus.

~NOPE, THE REVIEW DOESN'T END HERE~

my reviews are generally really long but there's no one i can talk to openly about this T_T (they'd just say: girl it ain't real that's why i don't talk about my interests to anyone irl)

now, back to the topic.

i did not expect all the good endings to be the same but that's the point! the heroine is supposed to be a spice in the spice world and *literally* spice up her bland life (and yes, the c*nnibal*sm idea was brilliant)!

i really liked callum (he was such a sweet dilf like kyaaaaaa)especially in the scene when he lends his jacket to the heroine (hail the CGs) and those CGs have the ability to deceive even the knowledgable. 

i really felt bad for him after learning of his backstory and could not believe that the heroine was so heartless that she would kill and eat him (but spices>>>>>>>sweet, lovely and hot guys, you know?) and as expected, she did exactly that! (phil T_T)

overall, i also liked his route and LOVED julia (i love crybaby teenage girls) and yeah, i'm straight.

and last, but not the least: MY SWEETHEART CHASE!

though his was the shortest of the routes but i loved him the most! (i love tsunderes too!) and DAMN he was so sweet i couldn't stop thinking about him, but y'know? the neutral routes? literally no one is talking about them in the comments, like why do the hotties just disappear from my life when all i do is accept their proposals (like why??????)

and i loved the overly-dramatic CG (when he protected her from the ball) and felt like i was reading a shoujo manga and he was not as route and tsundere as i thought! he kind of talked to me about this family issues and all and i fell for him all over again after seeing his moe sprite and wanted more of him... but it is what it is.

i also did not expect his route to end like everyone else's (i don't know why i was opposed to the other good endings when this game is supposed to be a freaking thriller) but somewhere in my heart, i still feel like chase and callum did not deserve this (yes, adrien did. i have a love-hate relationship with him for abandoning me like that, though his puns had me wheezing) but all three of them technically abandoned me but i don't know why i only hate adrien for the act. honestly, i was kind of disappointed in chase because he was the only one so fit and strong and i thought that he would free himself and change her, (but i read in the bonus that 'we don't need an "i will change you" man') though it would not be suitable for a tsundere man and my opinion would be the same anyway, so this game is okay as it is.

i also really liked his route and LOVED his confession at sunrise (obviously, the CGs were awesome and i have screenshots of almost all of them) and because he's a tsundere. so yeah, good work for the writing though i don't know what crazy person is reading to this far  but if someone is, please accept my sincere thanks.

i really liked the interface after completing all the endings as it showed the true colours of this otome game and of course, the special ending. honestly, it did not occur to me that the guy was phil until i read the comments but the 'my dad doesn't like fish' somehow  sounded familiar. the special ending was solid.

 i will always support you three (though i'm basically saying that i have free time in my hands and i'll play your games whenever) and would play the sequel game if you ever release it!

(though i'm rambling about by myself and i'm pretty sure no one's actually reading)

but still thank you for making this game free and the art, CGs, storyline (the plot is pretty unique) and plot twists (again, the c*nnibal*sm idea was great)!

i'm really sorry to say this, but the heroine kind of reminds me of narumi from wotakoi, like an office woman and trust me, even though narumi was so cheerful, i still felt kinda creepy lookiing into her empty eyes and chase kinda reminds me of kabakura-senpai from the same anime and i imagine if callum was a milf insted of a dilf, he would look like hana-chan from the same anime. (i'm truly sorry) 

this is kind of an awkward way to end this, but bye... and... um... have a nice day... i guess? (i don't know how to end this because i already said the words to end a review beforehand T_T) um.. okay... REALLY BYE!

i nearly punched my laptop screen when yuzuki cut my hand (like seriously) when i just tried to help him (why) and got super confused...i started with his route and he caught me by surprise!(i knew that ichigo was a yandere) that's why my dumb ass thought that he might do yandere stuff if i chose yuzuki (🤡🤡)(i'm a sucker for yanderes) and like mann i thought ''I KNOW HOW DUMB I AM THAT'S WHY I'LL MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AGAIN'' and BAM i made the same mistake again and chose to open the window myself AND "before i know it...i'm already falling down" and i honestly DIDN'T expect this (and trust me i genuinely needed a break after yuzuki's route 💀)

the plot twists were so well written that i almost had an heart attack and i loved ichigo from start to end; no matter what he did.

to think that you are so busy and still working for the game, i feel like that the wait was worth it! i'm really excited for this and hope it will be released soon, though it will be better if you take your time writing because you have so much on your plate!
