The game has nothing to do with animals, or people for that matter. Why is the guide a sexualized animal? Why wasn't it just made as a little robot guide? Then the game could appeal to younger audiences.

Thank you so much for the feedback, some of your points have been fixed in the most recent version of the game (I may have accidentally pushed a test version to demo by accident) mainly points 3, 4, and 5. I will absolutely work on the camera functionality at the edge of the map (currently i just clamp the boundaries so you cant see outside the intended game area)
I am so appreciative of the time you spent on the game, and the detailed response you've given me from your viewpoint. It's a fantastic learning lesson for me and I cannot express my gratitude enough!
Finally, the roguelike spin-off of the 1979 Atari game 'Asteroids' has gotten to the point where a playable demo can be released publicly!
This game ties fun systems from popular games like Risk of Rain 2 and Vampire Survivors together in an open space environment with asteroids as the topic of content.
In-game, earn experience points from destroying asteroids to be used in upgrades that strengthen you!
This is a passion project developed between the months of June and July of 2024.
As systems continue to be released the game will eventually be ported to Steam, and will be free to play forever.
