This solved my issue, thanks
Flamethrower sound keep playing after death and can only reset it pressing the right press again.
1- Use the flamethrower on a bot path and die.
Not enough (maybe) coins to release Edgar on my play through. Died one time right after the checkpoint and did not see if the coins were reseted.
