You can use the gas ability to kill shielded ones. There's a wierd bug were the elements spin depending on the speed of your device.

Very Good Game

I see you are getting this bug aswell, you can fix it by going to Edit=>Project settings=>Player=>Publishing settings and changing crompression Format From Brotli to Disabled. Hope this can help.
