You can try this: https://www.winehq.org/  I haven't tested it, but that's your best bet.  Failing that you may be able to use VirtualBox or the various Hypervisors to install a copy of windows in a virtual environment (paralells I have used in the past, or VMWare Fusion I think for macos) to varying degrees of success.

You better hope you have a powerful mac though; virtualising and emulating and shimming things always makes them run slower than native execution.

From what I have seen; all you need is If statements.  It would dramatically increase the available complexity of the programs.
