This is a pretty amazing game, I see a lot of potential with it!
A few things I'd suggest adding, assuming development hasn't ceased:

- Star customization (red stars, blue stars, black holes, binary systems, etc.)
- More planet palettes (maybe a feature to add new palettes?)
- Atmospheres
- Ring systems
- Gas giants
- Asteroid belts
- Comets?
