Hello!

I am the owner of the paid version of your app and I really enjoy it. I also love the role-playing game "Dungeons and Dragons" and have been collecting ambient music for it. I've gathered around a hundred ambient files that last about fifteen minutes each, as well as 150 tracks suitable for different moods.

Everything is great, except for one issue. Recently, I have been experiencing frequent app crashes that occur when I perform certain actions:

  1. When I try to download all my music files at once, including ambient tracks. Alternatively, I can load them one by one, but in the end, I see a window stating that the app failed to load the tracks.
  2. When I edit a category or an individual track.

Sometimes the application crashes without any error messages, while other times I get the error: "unknown software exception 0x80000003 in the application at address 0x00007".

At first, I thought the problem might be related to the limited amount of RAM on my laptop (8 GB), but after reinstalling the operating system, the crashes continued.

This issue is getting worse, and I can't ignore it. I would be happy to know how to solve this problem.

I have a question: how can I activate full screen mode? I've already spent a lot of time looking for an answer and would like to ask you if this is possible.

I live in Russia and I can't pay for my purchase using the PayPall payment system or use a foreign bank card. However, I would really like to purchase the Pro version. Please add the option to pay using a different payment method.
