Heya! While I didn't use any of these in a game, I did use one as the cover for one of my singles! Credited you with the art (of course) and you can listen to it here. https://open.spotify.com/track/77Xykv74qzyWLboPY9FlAw?si=236721acb3394ab7

All, based on the interest shown by everyone in the last thread I've posted, OdinZAte and I have worked together to create an extension of our Discord community to unite game developers, creative types (for assets) game testers and game streamers. We've set up rules, vetted streamers and we're now ready to open shop.
Here are the rules, in case you're interested:
RULES: Our main rule is simple: Don’t be a cunt. A lot of people are opening themselves up here and sharing your creative project is scary. Don’t be a dick about it.
Now that we’ve gotten that out of the way, here are some guidelines on how to interact with this server:
DEVS:
If you’d like your game STREAMED (can be demo, beta version, or a full game):
Post in the stream-my-game channel. Your game must be downloadable through steam, itch.io, or another reputable game site. Google drive links are HIGHLY discouraged. (Don’t click on links from people you don’t know.) While not required, it is polite to post on social media a link to the stream or some other form of promotion. It is also considered polite to join the stream (if you can) so you can answer questions, explain mechanics, or just enjoy someone playing your game. While offering keys for games is also encouraged, it is not required. (However don’t expect people to jump at streaming your game.)
If you’d like a game to be play tested ONLY:
Post in the test-my-game channel. Your game must be downloadable through steam, itch.io, or another reputable game site. Google drive links are HIGHLY discouraged. (Don’t click on links from people you don’t know.) If your feedback form isn’t available on the game’s site, please include it with the gaming link. Don’t have one yet? Google forms are free and easy. You can also ask your fellow devs for help in creating one.
This site, is of course, not meant to replace itch.io or the comments section here, but to instead give streamers and devs a place to work and talk together.
Feel free and join! (the link is permanent, so don't worry about it expiring). Of course, if you've published a request to submit your game in the previous one and it hasn't happened yet, feel free to join the group and do it there - we have a lot more people willing and ready to go!
Heya, all. I'm a dev here (though I develop fonts, not games), and am also a Twitch streamer at twitch.tv/Shinzakura. Since it's the holidays, I figured I'd help sales out for you guys by streaming your game. Just a few caveats:
- I'll obviously need a code or download for the game.
- If possible, I'd like to get a second (or more) code to give away free at the end. (trust me, I've got a lot of codes already, so I'll be taking a loss). If it's a download, I'll need written permission of how many copies I can distribute (this way, I'll have it clear - don't want to screw anyone over uninentionally.)
- Doesn't have to be just games - if you're a dev who makes fonts, comics, assets, etc, I'll have those listed during the stream as well (I don't just stream games, sometimes I stream my fontmaking, too.) Hell, if the assets are something I can work with, I might get a hold of you to maybe collaborate on something!
- Goes without saying, should meet the Twitch criteria for streaming. If it's going to get the streamer or you banned on Twitch because of it, it's a no-go, sorry.
If I get enough keys from people to stream/give away, I'll even list you as a sponsor for that stream.
I'm not looking to make money off this (well, anymore than the usual twitch affiliate stuff and any carryover from my sales here), so I'm not looking for a free ride here. I want to help you guys to succeed as much as I want to.
If you're interested, drop me a line below or send me a private link at my page.
EDIT: The following Twitch streamers have also volunteered to do this under the same rules. They can be contacted either at their page or their Twitch channel. More will be added as things go by, and I'll be vetting them.

SECOND EDIT: I recently played yrbiax's The Struggle of Combat online and it seemed to be a great thing. Worked well for me, I gave him feedback on the stream and it also goes to the VOD. Boosted my streaming numbers, and I'm sure yrbiax will weigh in on anything that was of benefit to him. I'll be adding him as the official sponsor for my upcoming Tuesday stream.
Some of the other streamers I've talked to are eager to do this, so let's keep this going, folks!
Hello all! For those working on sci-fi games or the like, we're proud to present our third font here, Ferrocarbon!
For the angular, blocky look, the future is Ferrocarbon! Designed primarily as a title font, I created it way back in 2013 and promptly forgot about, so I'm releasing it to the world now. it’s meant to be used for your tech and sci-fi uses, but don't let us stop you there!
Okay, this is probably a little bit out of the ordinary, but bear with me. I am a type designer and I recently created a font that I made specifically with visual novels in mind. I am attaching an example of the character and style maps below.
As I am planning to sell this font and because I'd designed it with VNs in mind, I was hoping to get an artist or two - or even a team working on a visual novel - to grant me use of their assets (or create new scene mockups) so I can display my font in several pictures. Admittedly, I probably could just buy some assets off the site (or go looking for free ones), but I was hoping to work with established projects/artists for two reasons:
1. It'd be a great way to showcase your visual novel or artwork (yes, I know - exposure - that one word artists dread hearing)
2. You might be interested in having the font in your actual game (exposure works both ways!)
Granted, as I mentioned exposure, as a type designer and artist I know that can be a pain. So while I can't offer any money at the moment, what I can - and will - do is offer the following: a permanent, commercial license for my font (the full set with all styles is going to be retailing for approx. $100 US), as well as prominent mention of your game on the images that will be used to sell said font. As an example, here's a mention I have for a font I currently sell here on itch.io. The credit is currently at the bottom right, but I will place it where it can be seen best in the artwork and I can make it larger (we do want to advertise your game and art, right?):
Preferably, I'd like to work with someone who does vector artwork (as it would showcase both art and fonts cleanest), but I can work with PS, Clip Studio, etc.
So if anyone's interested, please let me know.
We're now proud to be selling our fonts here on itch.io, and first up is the weird and wonderful Voynich!
Based on the mysterious tome known as the Voynich manuscript, Voynich is a uniquely eerie font capable for use in your project, editable in Photoshop and Illustrator and comes with the basic Latin character set! Available in regular, hollow and etched styles, it's sure to be an eye-catcher!
Thanks. That would actually require different typefaces (e.g. Times Roman for standard text, with something like Baskerville for a warmer feel.) I have created a ton of variants for one particular font before, but that generally tends to get pricey for VNs, especially indie creators who I completely understand want to keep things as low-cost as possible. Plus, the more extended character sets you add to a particular single font, the longer it takes to read (unfortunately, font files aren't as small as bitmaps, though they do a lot more work.)
I'll see what I can do about particular subsets, though; I do want to make this as accessible for folks as possible. Thanks again for the input!
Hello, I'm a type designer (aka a font maker). I'm currently designing a font (OTF/TTF) made with visual novels in mind and wondering what some of you VN creators out there would like to see in one? Some of the ideas are the typical ones (extended character sets, etc.), but I'm also thinking of some other things that will help the design (e.g. a subset of characters replacing Os with hearts, etc.)
Some of my work can be found here and here. You can probably also download some of my fonts at free font sites around the net.
EDIT: In the long run I'll probably hit up a couple of VN creators to actually test this as well.
