fantastic work!!

The buneary comic was at one point going to get a sequel comic, about a girl who goes to school with a classmate she suspects is a ditto or zoroark, because she catches them changing the shape of their body in little ways when they think no one’s looking (like slipping their hand through the vents of a locker when they forgot the combination). It turns out that student is the girl from the Obligate Polymorph comic, who is most comfortably a buneary, but can change into a ditto in order to mimic a human. The two girls don’t get along, and have kind of an antagonistic and fun rivalry around the polymorph’s secret.

Despite getting fully scripted and thumbnailed, i haven’t chosen to make that comic because it relies pretty heavily on knowledge from the previous comic, doesn’t do a whole lot to set itself apart from the “my classmate’s an alien!!” trope, and would generally be a ton of work, at something like 14-16 pages.

The Brionne and Pikachu series, i consider complete. Those two are off living it up on the beaches and forests of the pokemon world, and i’ll just continue to draw them occasionally like i do all my OCs

I think it’s pretty safe to say I won’t, at this point. The game is several years old, it never developed any kind of community as far as I can tell, and I’ve moved on to different things. Apologies! Glad you liked it enough to comment.

thank you!!!

Thank you so much Noelle!!

Thank you for your comment! It definitely would have good to get more of those type of events in there, you’re right.

Thank you so much!! That means a lot to hear. I’ve been tryin to start up big projects for months now, but it seems as though I have to wait until the right season of my life comes around again.

Thank you for your comment!! I’m glad you liked the game!

you are too sweet. your comment made my morning! I’m glad you enjoyed it

Thank you much!!

I’m glad you picked up on details like that! It’s gratifying to know their inclusion did not go unnoticed. I wish I could have fleshed the characters out even more, but 15+ pages was already a massive challenge to complete. C’est la vie! Maybe in follow-up comics someday.

I’ll go ahead and add the “transformation” tag! I don’t think I was aware of it when I published this game.

It’s a rare occurrence as a game dev that anyone likes your game enough that they’re willing to dig through the project file (I assume that’s how you found out about the easter egg with the secret button, which I left in there for my friend Goaty. It lets you start off the game as a “Goat Goddess” if you leave it active.)

I regret that that secret ending is so reliant on good potion luck. I’m very glad you got so much out of the mysteries though. Truth be told, there’s just as many half-mysteries that don’t have a resolution, as there are ones that get tied up in a bow. That’s how you generate intrigue, on a budget!

Thank you so much for playing, diving so deep, and having a good time. And moreover, thank you for leaving a comment, and letting me know!!

Of course!! I’m glad you liked it, and thank you for your comment!

Thank you so much!!! It means a lot to hear you enjoyed it in spite of the strange content

Thank you so much!! Looking forward to making it!

The opening cutscene (and in particular, the music) was an absolute treat!! Silly, short, and highly polished. The perfect bite-size gamejam experience, and nothing less than I would expect from a collab between two talented developers and friends.

Thank you so much for your comment!! A whole bunch of people have told me about the mirror page, and I’m glad it made an impact on you as well. Comics are such a cool vehicle for emotion!
