so as you progress through the game youll have to eventually enter into the sewers and into the red light district, so before entering youll have a dialogue thatll ask if you wish to activate the farting fetish or no. So in short just progress through the game and the option will appear

you must do three of the sailor quests! One is the one in the tent, one is outside guarding the house and the last is standing next to the boxes! Do these 3 quests. Also, save before you proceed! you might encounter a bug in this part so just to be safe

go to azuenna west and you'll see a man standing next to a sewer entrance interact with him and enter the sewer

There are three sailors you gotta help...one is the one guarding the house the next js the one who's quests is to deliver the goods and the last is the one in the tent!

There are three keys in the mansion, one in the fireplace secret passage, one in the huge crack in the main bedroom and one in the kids bedroom with the teddybear...interact with the teddy bea

The 5 blocks ahead of you is a clue to a puzzle

you got all the ingredients...did you walk down the wooden plank that extends into the ocean in argard Beach? The sailor should be at the end of it. You got to wall quite a bit down the plank to see him

go down the wooden plants you'll see on argard Beach and you'll see the drunkard sailor intercat with him to go back to azuenna then to the alchemist, and after getting the elixir gi back to the elf house

Hm...have you tried reloading the save? Or deleting the game and reinstalling it? I'm not sure hw to fix otherwise because I didn't encounter that problem sorry
