The name "Dreams of Rain" sounds really effective and artistic. Great name choice. On the other hand, I would recommend having more game space because there is not much space to play with the clouds and take advantage of the amazing animations and features. 

The animations and the idea are really cute. The cloud's smooth movements are especially pleasing. I only had a hard time figuring out why I died when I hit the other clouds, until I noticed they are angry. Also I appreciate the environmental science aspect, that the cloud rises up after it pours rain :D.

Very cute game with animations, sounds, and game dynamics. Love it.
