How so? If the game wasn't ported back then then I'd agree on the asking for a port, that's kinda a tall order. (/understatement) Now that the game is ported I really don't know what the issue is with posting the apk.
If you don't know how to change those settings you probably shouldn't be downloading random apks in the first place, or exes for that matter. If security is the concern I don't see how an executable is much better.
Now if it's a matter of not wanting to deal with questions from people who don't know what they are doing then cool I suppose but for them they already have the play store lol
