Oh I just discovered the bug that caused this... thanks again for pointing it out

Once you stepped in Prescott's apartment and then manage to escape through the elevator, it will lead to "The Accused" ending.

There seems to be a bug causing the stranger to spawn outside of its intended location when the police arrive.. let me look into that.

Sorry for the late reply! To get Ending C, you need to unlock the combination lock on the sanatorium north lobby's front door.

If you noticed correctly, one of the 'O' in 'mrrobot' is a zero
