I'm in the same case, but the day needs an end, the event can't be fair.

You have to anticipate and do the research as soon as you get an event card. Imo, you are already at quest 67, it can't be said you have lost a lot of time

I would add
Once reached quest 70, you have no way except buying (or beating boss but that would take forever) to get milk tokens and event ranking cups, so no more coffers to open. In 3 days I could have 4 golden coffers, probably 1 more tomorrow, so it is impossible to upgrade mythic card at max (btw it would require too many viagra for me ), perhaps it is wanted by game design.
