Thanks for the advice. I have tried  running the nw executable that comes with the game itself and that launches the game, I had no need to do anything else. It probably was added in recent versions, I just did not know that I executing "nw" instead of "Game" was an option, :/

Hello all!,

Not sure if this is the correct channel, but I'll try.

I have a few games here and I'm testing them in linux, but I'm having problems to run more games than not.  The main problem is that, since there is no standard, each game does it differently and I'm not even sure what the developer expects from me. I'm also not sure where to look for support on this, I have sent a bug report for one and tried to ask the developer in the game's forum for another one. This is a very frustrating process.

I imagine standardizing the installer/executable could be too complicated, but could you require from developers to explain explicitly how we are supposed to install/run their games in linux.

Thanks!

Hello!,

Could I get a quick explanation on how to run the linux version of the game? I have made the file "Game" executable and tried to run it but nothing happens. I have Ubuntu 24.10.
