Thanks for the nice feedback!

Thanks! Great to hear you appreciated the chill vibes and music :)

Thank you!

Thanks!

Had a lot of fun with this one - really great puzzle design and progression. It's a shame they didn't play more of it on stream, but at least Ped's reaction made for a good meme haha

Thanks for the lovely comment! I was hoping it would inspire some amount of awe at how cool the event and the community is, so it's great to hear this feedback :)

Great idea and well executed! Had fun even though I was hopeless at it.

I had a bit of a lag issue where my calculator state kept being overridden by the server state, so I had to enter numbers slowly one at a time to make sure each keystroke was received. I wonder if it should even need to be synchronised at all until you submit a guess? On the other hand, it is pretty funny how players can try to look over each others' shoulders.

Puzzling, atmospheric and oozing with style! Really enjoyed my full playthrough :)

I thought I was on track for a good score until I hovered the launch button and realised I'd completely miscalculated - didn't anticipate needing resources for the launch, so I had optimised to build just one computer and one hull. I don't think I'd make that mistake if the rocket was also a tile in the main building panel. Just a thought.

In the end I had 2 years 3 months 6 days remaining.

Thanks for playing!

Thanks!

In case you plan to keep working on the game after the jam, this was also something that stumped me for a bit the first time  I played :)

Got it! Ok, so possibly ignore my comment about the pacing then! Maybe you could guarantee at least one premium item per pack, like they do in some loot boxes and trading card packs? Otherwise it's still 1 in 8 players who have the same experience as me when opening their first pack and then potentially draw the wrong conclusion and not try again.

Thanks for playing! Yeah, good suggestion. I had to cut a lot in the big rush at the end - but I'm glad you enjoyed it anyway!

Ohhhh I hadn't realised those packs had better items in them. When I opened one early on, it only had basic items and so I thought the only difference was that you open three at a time and I decided it was a waste of money, since I could spam click scrounge to get a lot of hamburgers and dice. After grinding for quite a while I went back and tried the pack again and still didn't get anything new. I must've been really unlucky

Nice work! Fun visuals and writing, and nice audio too. The long arm reminds me of Enviro-Bear :)

Some thoughts: I personally found the pacing a little slow. After discovering all the items from the park, it felt like quite a long time to get the 250 raccoins needed for the junkyard and its first bag, even when selling mostly hamburgers. Maybe the ~7 second wait between customers could be tuned down or even made shorten-able via a mechanic where you can invest to promote your shop?

Or maybe I'm just impatient :) In any case, really well done!

So much polish! Love the animations and sounds. Nice concept and references. Great job everyone involved!

Like the concept and use of the theme! The simple hand-drawn aesthetic and design works well and the music fits the vibe. I love how items appear around you based on your decisions.

One minor thing: I'd prefer if the decision boxes appeared in some organised way so that they didn't overlap each other or the computer, because it could sometimes make it harder to perform the action I wanted.

Overall, very enjoyable :) Great job!
