Are you on a mac computer/laptop? If you are you can do the following and it should help

if you right-click (click with 2 fingers on MacBooks) then choose open from the list it will ask if you are sure to open. click open and it should work you won't run into the problem again after doing it once

it depends on which device brand you have to decide which to download but you can download your compatible file from the game page

it only happens when full screen as your mac will think you're trying to go to the bar of apps. take it off fullscreen then put it back on fullscreen and that should help the issue as I had the same one : )
