The collision from the previous floor generation sometimes stays behind during load of a new run of the first floor , can be reproduced easily by leaving the house and going back to menu then leaving again

Also , how many key pieces do you need ? so far i've successfully looped back to the start multiple times and got 3 key pieces in my inventory , with no option to unlock the device
