Yep can confirm that, found out I can continue game, dominate the Battle Priest again, and got the same Permanent HP BUG.
EDIT: Include all bugs i found...
I dominate Orc Battle Priest, have another 2 mob, perhaps the priest used Group Heal, and got this Permanent Max HP bug.
