I tried opening the PC version PT.exe on my gf's laptop. 

Result: Fatal Error! pop up.

Now I just downloaded it on windows on my macbook. It's working!
And... a glitch after the  loop where the door after the radio is closed (you have to return through the hallway, in order for the door to open again). I went through the loop door, and... I fell through the floor (8

I see what I did wrong:

if (is_tile(win,p.x,p,y)

has to be:

if (is_tile(win,p.x,p.y)

Damn typo............ did a comma instead of a dot

Somehow the "You Win" message doesn't show when I enter the sprite with flag 7 (win)

I want to learn how to make such a game! I dreamt of me walking through rooms, shooting at enemies using my finger, like this game. Only one finger, which I bent like pulling a trigger, and above it hovered a flat sharp triangle razor, which I shot at the enemies.
