A good way to tell if the phimosis body mod is working is it's supposed to be sticking out of the main character's underwear to a fully visible degree in the standing portrait. If you maxed out on the phimosis penis body by the last stage. But it's remaining tucked into the underwear which I think isn't the correct way it needs to be displayed. I checked the Japanese version standing portrait and that's what I have seen I could be wrong but that's my take on the matter.

No problem I would look into the penis body mod it seems that by the 3rd or 4th stage of the game the body mod won't show in the cg and standing portrait of the character correctly. To be more specific it's the phimosis body mod for the penis. There's an option for it not to have phimosis and to have it so I would look into that. It will show if you select no phimosis so that's maybe why it was missed. And like I said the difficulty change doesn't seem to alternate whenever I select it, so far that's all I've encountered. Yeah, hopefully it gets fixed but it's definitely a glaring issue for this game where that's most of the appeal.
