Hey, I'm SolidLink from the Eclipse Forums. This is gonna be the first Eclipse game jam hosted on itch.io
You can use any of the engines from eclipseorigins.com but note that the server must stay up for 24/7 till the end of the event. If you don't know how to host a server, port forward or use a time trialed VPS for a month. Amazon for an example provides a free time trial on VPS for a year! If you have any other questions just post a new topic.
