For some reason whenever I try launching any 0.7 version, the game opens the file of the game instead of the actual game. I've tried every combination of uninstalling and reinstalling of all versions and it just won't launch correctly. However, if I launch 0.6.3 it launches correctly and actually is playable. Any help?

Whenever I try opening 0.7, it opens the file instead. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling VOTV in every combination and for some reason it's only opening the file. 0.6.3 is opening fine but 0.7 refuses to open properly. Any help?
