sincerely i think this is the best piece of fanwork i've seen for a crown of candy. holy shit man. the art is incredible with the bright pink juxtaposed against the black background, the writing fits calroy perfectly, the chess imagery is stunning, that battenburg cake line is going to stick in my brain forever i think. the way it begins to run in circles... chefs kiss. the way amethar looms over everything. incredible on every level good god i love this

this is such a charming game, i liked it a lot :) the dialogue options are so fun and the audio really enhances the vibe

extremely good little story. i love the way the text changes when you click on it. when you are both boys and represent life and death <3 <3 <3 beginnings and endings and all the space in between my beloved!! this is delightfully paced and just as long as it needs to be

i really loved playing through this! the sense of tension is impeccably done, and i found the characters quite compelling even though i didn't spend a ton of time with them. the twists in the story were really neat and i personally very much enjoyed the little ending blurbs. the checkpoint feature was also much appreciated!! all in all i had a great time :) really glad i came across this!

this is INCREDIBLY good. i loved playing it and the playbook works as a piece of fiction in it's own right! very very glad i came across this game, i enjoyed it and the characters that spawned from it immensely

this nearly made me cry. thanks very much for writing it. makes me want to make a zine very badly, actually. i think i'm going to hold this very close to myself for a long time
