I just recently followed some Godot tutorials, but have no big expertise in Godot tooling yet.
There were some basic things, that just didn't work for me, maybe because of new version, so I lost motivation to continue, maybe I spend more time with Godot in the future and reconsider.
Unfortunately I have too much on my plate at the moment to create a windows program, but I will think about it and let you know, if I change my mind.
If you want you could also use my tool in unity and export it to wav format for your Godot project :)
