Bug / Sequence Break?

To show where I'm at in the game I can say I just named the (first?) dog you get, I just got access to the north town, I got a referral letter for mental health evaluation at said town, & I just upgraded my workshop to workshop II, after those 4 actions in that order if I interact with the pile of wood/lumber next to the workshop & I enter a dialogue with the dog post potion use, she (in normal dog form) exits the house, & I haven't checked for what has been broken.

big words for someone with what seems like 0 credentials, it's better if you stay a bystander.

Take as much time as you need, Please, your health comes first over all else, burning yourself out or extra progress that costs your own health & safety is never an option, it's ok to keep yourself refreshed & to give yourself additional time + extra,  & giving yourself breaks to destress & relax is vital to keeping yourself feeling good & helps you to digest & prosses the information relating to your project so you never overload yourself.
