The holy abilities are unlocked by talking to Lillian (the priest), there's only 2 in the game, and she gives you both of them, either through one of the choices, or by gathering enough points with her (talking to her) and doing a quiz after a revisit

It's a really good game! All the characters are well built and well utilized, and the overall story is great. Also I've grown attached to the entire cast.
