I didn't do it for that long bro, I found Mira about 6/7 days and after visiting Mira in the hospital a few days later when I went to the beach there was an event where I found Mira's body and if I didn't go to the beach suddenly my character said that Mira was dead

why mira keep getting dead? Even though I managed to save her, just why? whether it is a bug or is it simply impossible to save her?
