finally figured out what I was doing wrong, it was common sense but it took me this long TOT , When I set it to track or follow mouse, I didn't actually move the slider at the bottom right up to make the circle appear. I'm just a dumbassbckwjkx

Ive been trying to get  the tracking  to work but it keeps not wanting to. Im really unsure what im doing wrong or if maybe I have not enough layers? I have sclera on a single layer  and pupils on 2 separate layers would that be the problem? I set both the pupil layers to track circle
