I think it's important that you make axu more popular. I only found out about this game because I watched a Let's Play video by a youtuber (nookrium). Maybe you could ask some youtubers to play the game to get more fans (they don't need to be big youtubers). I think this would also motivate you to work on the game

Since human body parts, corpses and a surgery kit are already in a game, why not make it so you can use one to remove body parts from a corpse which you can then attach to yourself? Maybe add a surgery skill which increases success chance of operations? I just thought that would be a real cool feature and I haven't seen anything like that in a game before.
