No ! Since it is not really needed. Most choices are here solely to enhance the story experience, but the choices that really matter are quite obvious :) And there is "only" two endings ! You can keep replaying to see by yourself how the dialogue change with your choices, but if you got the two endings you can consider that you finished the game ♡
However, my other game has a walkthrough, since the choices are more complex, there are more endings, and several ways to get each of them :) You can try it out if you want !
