For the 2025 NaNoRenO jam, we plan to make another VN featuring the same main character, but smaller in scope.
The overarching genres of the project are dark fantasy, mystery and action.
The story will feature Rana (from Phantom Echoes) lost in thornvale, the mystical forest.
Roles we currently need: (edited to remove taken slots)
1- CG Artist, proficient in painting.
2- BG Artist, with some experience with nature illustrations.
3- Writer, with experience in writing Visual Novels.
Attached some relevant images below. The more people we recruit, the merrier.
We’re aiming for a much easier 7-9k script length for this jam.
We have over 9 artists, 5 voice actors, 1 UI artist, 1 QA, 1 Writer, 3 composers, 2 singers, and 1 Director.

Hello! We’re Morrow Shore studios. This is a recruitment post for “Project R” and the works derived from it.
We’ve been working on an incredibly large and dense story (Project R) for quite a few years, and we’ve decided to direct a series of works from it ourselves (as opposed to licensing it out).
The overarching genres of the parent project would be dark fantasy, mystery and action.
This September, we made a VN for the Spooktober Jam which you can find here.
We’ll be releasing another VN very soon, as it is mostly done already.
We plan on multiple VNs and a much larger game inspired by Unsighted.
We’re currently recruiting:
1- 💻 Game Programmer (e.g. Unity, UE5, …)
2- 🎨 Illustrator (digital painting)
3- 🎨 Marketing specialist (& Asset Designer)
4-🎤 Female Singer (classically trained)
5-🎤 male singer (Rap or Trap Metal exp preferred)
6- 🎶 Music Producer (Rap or Trap Metal exp preferred)
7- 🎞️ 2D Animator (abstract or line art)
8- 🎞️ Video Editor (& trailer maker)
9- 🔐 Media Cryptography specialist (yes!)
10- 🎨Pixel art Animator (modern style)
Do note that we accept additional roles as it’ll allow us to plan grander schemes and operate the project(s) better; if the role you’re most proficient in isn’t listed, or if you’re interested in future projects, please inquire. We WILL accommodate talents.
