I had a great time doing that. I am impressed. One thing I would say is that the npc dont quite fit in. They have more faces than anything else by a long way. But the sound design was epic
It was a good game. I felt like it would have been nice if the fake platforms vanish after you jumped on them , but that might take away from the game. I like the music, and it would have been great if the music played even after you died because It is kinda a bop. And more sound effects. You could use BFXR or https://sfbgames.itch.io/chiptone. I saw some people sharing there game idea. I started working on it over the summer but then I stopped because of the school year. I hope I will be able to get back into it. What my idea was is a FPS tower defense game. I want it to feel like the metroid prime but instead you can also build towers. I dont know how well it will turn out.
