It's a nice beggining. Perhaps in the future you can add new color for buildings and some different types of trees, dirt roads, lakes or so, sand etc. That way people can basically reproduce whatever they want to. If this is about a graphic thing, to build cities and things like that, I believe adding the before mentioned features would improve the xp.  I love it's simpliCity though, keep up the good job :D

When I try to extract the winrar file, it doesn't go well. It shows a message as if there was no file inside the winrar file.
