That's what I could make out, all capitalization and punctuation intended. Sorry if it's a little wrong, but I think the paragraph was written with the intent of not making sense, which would explain why there were some grammatical errors I couldn't come up with anything else for. Also, where did you find this image? I couldn't find it in the files and no results came up when I put it into tineye.
