Hi, I am an ARTIST and a low level PROGRAMMER i have worked with: scratch(quite good) phaser(low level) gamemaker2(medium knowledge) construct2(low level) looking for a better programmer to team with(any game engine is fine but if u want me to pitch in and help with the code u have to use one of the gmae engines mentioned above) I make svg (can be png or jpeg too) assets just DM me if u wanna team with me(probably for like 3 or 4 more jams)
