In V 0.5.1 the fetish and consent diologues are not refreshing over night.

That means you need to find the folder that it says goes in the main game files and move it there.

The full body image dropping can be triggered by having an assigned full body image and requesting they strip in the talk option, with any use of improved random portraits. Also if the taurus you get for the guild quest has bigger boobs than required it won't accept it.
