how far developed is the patreon version compared to the free version? I just played it and it was fun but with a lot lacking. So I wanted to know that before considering buying it.

hmm I see. I myself haven't played many NSFW games, although the ones I played and enjoyed for the content are Eternum, which you probably know already since its quite popular. There's also Price of Freedom which everything about it is great. It has good story, characters, animations and combat. Tbh I was more entertained with the combat itself lol, its quite unique. Most of the game content is paid access, but playing the free version will get you hours of gameplay and enough time to consider if you're buying or not. There's also ConQuest and My Dystopian Robot Girlfriend which I also enjoyed.

before buying the game I wanted to know how many words does it have? The game looks appealing but I think content is more important.
