very good game 8/10 there are some placement problems but who cares. would be good to have an indicator where you left off in the campaign,because i came back and replayed the campaign without an indicator of progress.

(i know the game is 2 years old and won´t get patched)

I think one thing that would add more depth, and also strengthen the theme, would be to add other chess pieces to the player that are only able to making non-attacking moves each turn along with your king. The new goal would be to protect all your other pieces, which could start as a an extra piece or two, and expand to more pieces. This would add a lot more depth and variation in challenges you could provide. You could even have two kings to protect all the piece you have, and now you have 2 units to divide your movement cards between. Just some ideas.

also maybe a pvp where both of you get a level and you need to get it in less moves

very cool, would love an extendet version:

ideas:

- more enemies of course

- a metaproression with abilities for the princessand you (unlock abilities, only limited amounts of abilities usable in the sae game) so you could have specific builds

- more weapons (maybe from the upside idea)

- a boss
