Well I'm glad you see Multiverse Rumble as a game that you wanted to make growing up. Multiverse Rumble is an unsung hero of the itch.io community, and the game just wouldn't be the same if I didn't release the series to this lively community. People are always there to support you, and I commend that you, as well as lots of other people take the time to enjoy this game! Thanks for the positive feedback and I hope you enjoy rumbling with Bob, Tails, Mario & the rest of the gang!
Super Smash Bros Resistance, as some of you might already know, was a huge success when I first released it on both gamejolt and itch.io! It's become so popular in fact, that I've decided to update the game to version 1.1, which changes lots of things, while also adding some new features as well!
The amount of characters that can be chosen in a fight has been updated from a simple 2v2 match, to a hectic 4v4 match. As a result of this change, the "turns" battle mode has been removed and will not be available for future updates to the game. The picture provided below will show you an example of what an 8 bot smash will look like:
Don't worry, we're scared too...
Hello Fighters Day. Thank you for the questions. To answer the first question, yes, this is a fangame. The Multiverse Rumble series has no intentions of stealing characters, as they are for fair use. Stealing characters like Yakko, Donald Duck and Thomas The Tank Engine is the least of my concerns. Bear in mind this game runs on the MUGEN engine, which has many characters made for the engine, so all in all, Multiverse Rumble is a non-profit, fair use series that has no intentions of stealing characters from other big corporations such as Disney, Nintendo, Warner Bros etc. Have a good day and I hope this answered you're question.
The wait is finally over. The game you've all been waiting for, Multiverse Rumble 4 is a platform fighter similar to Smash Bros. The only difference being it's got familar Jacktoons, new and old! Here's a list of the returning series and the new series.
Returning Cast
- The Bob Series (Bob to Donald Duck)
- The Tails Show (Tails to SBA)
- The Mario Show (Mario to Funni Doggo)
- Jackimaniacs (Jack to Mario)
New Cast
- The Yoshi Show (Yoshi & Kirby)
- The Thomas Show (Thomas, Percy, James & Toby)
So that's it, that's all you need to know! Go download the game NOW: Multiverse Rumble 4 by MultiverseRumble (itch.io)
I mean, come on, everyone wants it, right? A little bit of unknown trivia is that Multiverse Rumble is inspired by Multiversus, hence the name.
This screenshot right here is just me saying that there will be a 4th Multiverse Rumble game coming soon. Stay tuned!

You probably know the Super Smash Bros series. Y'know, the game where NIntendo characters fling each other off a stage? Have you ever wondered to yourself, "What if Smash Bros. wasn't a platform fighting game?" Well, here we are now! Super Smash Bros Resistance is a 2D fighting game featuring some of Nintendo's all stars (and SpongeBob) beating each other up once again. This game focuses on Online Gameplay, so go on the Network mode and fight your friends. If you're not in the mood to lose friends, there's always other modes, like Training Mode, Missions etc. So what are you waiting for? Let's get ready to smash!

Multiverse Rumble's getting a prequel. Idc if u asked for it or not, it's here. Lemme go over some key elements of the game, as well as things you can expect to see jumping into the rumble once more...
- IKEMEN GO's engine is back baby.
- Some new characters, as well as 2 whole new series joining the fray.
- DLC
And that's about it, Get ready to rumble again folks. Go download MR3 today, or anyday for that matter:
Now, this is just a general question, but what if I did make Multiverse Rumble 3? I know it's totally possible for me to do considering it's the new year and new year equals new game, but I've got to juggle other things this year, so idk about MR3. That's where you guys come in!
If I were to make Multiverse Rumble 3, what would you expect from it? What characters would you like to see return in this prequel? And most importantly, I want your thoughts on Multiverse Rumble 3? Should Network make a return, do I add bosses? It's all up to you. Just comment below what you'd like to see from Multiverse Rumble 3! And while you're at it, show some love for the other 2 games. People downloading and playing these 2 games means that I know people want more from this series, and it helps the series grow as a whole. Thanks to everyone who's about to send a post suggesting new content and returning characters and such, and I hope y'all have an amazing day.
For all you SM64JS fans out there, or people who just wanna try it, I made a game simply known as SM64JS Fighters.
This game is what it sounds like, many Mario recolours that play the same beating the everlasting hell out of each other! But, some characters have had stat changes to make them feel different to play as. For example, SneakyBot is a robot version of SneakyLadd, so he'd obviously be a heavyweight character. Ima just list all 8 characters, so y'all get an idea of where I'm coming from with this! (Note: The characters will be taken from the character bios file found in the game, spoilers ahead to those who aren't part of the sm64js community)
Characters
--------------
Longjump Guy
------------
Longjump Guy was once an Island access when he first started out on sm64js. He later retired that job, and became a normal player who just ran around like the other Mario's did. That was until he got admin access, which was well deserved. Longjump Guy is the first character you will see when looking at the character roster. He's a well rounded type that's suitable to players that are new to the game. If you don't know which fighter to pick, Longjump Guy is a solid choice.
TV Mario
-------
Once a bad guy turned good, TV Mario used to live a happy life in Brooklyn with his brother, TV Luigi. When TV Mario one day found himself in the world of SM64JS, he decided to try take it over, but was stopped (this may be wrong, I haven't read the story). TV Mario's a solid pick in SM64JS Fighters. I just HAD to include TV Mario because he's another player that you think of when it comes to SM64JS. He's well rounded, but works best in the air, as his triple jump makes quick work of weaker opponents who dare anger him.
Maeo
----
"he will move around a mysterious mountain waiting to be challenged. only 2 others know him and his true power." -SM64JS Wiki
Maeo is a well experienced fighter, as he's known as the most powerful character in sm64js history. He's mysterious and still remains a mystery. In SM64JS Fighters, he's not afraid to get his hands dirty, as he hits harder than any character in the game. Maeo's perfect in tag team mode, where he can switch out when in a tough spot. But, knowing Maeo, there aren't many characters that can give him a tough time.
Bob
---
The cringe lord himself. Bob was once a very humble player in SM64JS, but something made him snap. He didn't know how to use the wiki, accidentally raiding it one time. All his shenanigans lead to a ban from the admins, and he still tries to get unbanned, even to this day. Bob may seem like a bad choice to put in SM64JS Fighters, but he's another iconic player, even if that "iconicness" isn't for the best. He, along with some other banned fighters have been nerfed so that they play weaker than the other characters. Bob's nerf being that his attack is only 50, meaning that while he can deal some big damage, it's not as big as some other fighters in the roster.
SneakyLadd
----------
You can't have Bob without his former sidekick; SneakyLadd! This Luigi recolour liked to clone himself, use the shock emote and overall just be a nice guy to those around him. He wasn't afraid to fight, as he and Bob were to take on Maeo on a 2 v 1, but the fight ended up not happening, as CyberNutz had a dentist appointment, and Bob had school. SM64JS Fighters buffs SneakyLadd compared to other fighters. He can jump higher than all the characters in the game, meaning his triple jump can reach substancial heights. But don't get cocky, SneakyLadd isn't invincible either. A higher jump means that his defense has been lowerered by just a bit. But it's not a lot, as SneakyLadd can still fight as good as everyone else.
SneakyBot
---------
NOT AN OC!!!!! (Couldn't find a picture for him)
SneakyLadd's trusted bot-like appearence has made it's way into SM64JS Fighters! This strange form of SneakyLadd is SneakyLadd but with robot like attributes. SneakyBot in SM64JS Fighters is quite powerful. He's similar to SneakyLadd, the only differences are that he can't triple jump and his jump height has been reduced. His defence is also higher too, and he can hit harder than Sneaky can!
CyberNutz
---------
A once trusted member of the SM64JS playerbase, now banned for being underage. CyberNutz used to be the leader of a certain gang that hangs out on top of a certain roof in Big Boo's Haunt. That gang may have been good, but SM64JS Fighters makes CyberNutz betray even SneakyLadd, someone who has been on his former gang. CyberNutz is similar to Bob, being that they have the same attack power; that being 50! CyberNutz was only added because the roster was getting slim and I needed more characters.
Punch
-----
The final character in the game (so far). This fortnite kid who some thought to be Golden Genesis used to attack players and accuse them of cheating if they had PVP turned off. He was clearly hated by everyone, so I decided to include him as the joke character of SM64JS Fighters. He's the weakest of the bunch, only being able to deal 5 damage to his foes. Punch certanly's getting a taste of his own medicine being added to such a game! I would feel bad for him, but this is the fartnite kid we're talking about, so beating him up is so worth my time! (That's what he gets for accusing others of hacking)
And that's it, that's the entire game!

This will be a series of posts explaining some things about the many characters in the Multiverse Rumble games, starting out with the one and only, Bob Bobbington! The wall perisher himself who has been in both games so far, Bob has made a history for himself as being the only Multiverse Rumble character to be a reskin in the sequel. But is Bob good enough to perish the competition in the competitive scene of Multiverse Rumble? Well keep reading to find out.
- Multiverse Rumble 1
On the surface, Bob would be the kind of character to be a beginner, along with his pal SneakyLadd. But don't judge a book by its cover, as Bob was combo heavy, being a great counter to characters such as Donald Duck, Mario and even Tails if played correctly. Bob did have a sort of advantage in the first game, as the fireball spam was a vital thing indeed. It was spammy, yet hard to pull off as Bob had "other" powerful moves, such as one of his specials, where he swings out his hammer and pounds it on an opponent. Wakko mains despised Bob mains for Bob's increased air dash ability that only he and Sneaky got, which may feel like a strategic advantage to some, bare in mind that Bob can only do this ONCE in the air. Meaning that when he comes back down, he's vunerable to any incoming attacks. The same applies to SneakyLadd. Bob may have been a menace, but he did come with some weaknesses, one of which being the dredded spammable moves, such as Tails' bombs and Wakko's burps that could really slow down this Mario recolour. Sonic's who played their cards right could instantly get a win if Bob didn't air dash for most of the game, and Donald's had the zetaflare special, which hits all players on ground, even Bob! In short, Bob didn't really do well in the competitive scene in the first game, but these are all just guesses. Multiverse Rumble players, feel free to correct me. If you didn't play the first Multiverse Rumble game, back when it was cool, then don't question me.
- Multiverse Rumble 2
Multiverse Rumble 2 brought some new things with it, such as the removal of online play, meaning players may have to use something such as Parsec to play online competitively. Whilst this is a new game, it doesn't really have a competitive scene just yet, but does Bob care? NOPE! MR2 saw Bob's brand new redesign, and with this redesign came new moves for Bob's arsenal, such as turning Bob from a zoner to a close up character that could combo his foes to death under the right conditions. Bob barely struggled to defeat characters like the Warners, 1 of which being the enemy which stalled Bob before, Wakko! Wakko's burps have not only been nerfed, but now Bob can't get stunned by 5 burp bubbles at once, meaning danger for Wakko mains as Bob could get up close and personal with Wakko and beat the living hell out of him. Bob isn't insainly broken though, he may be an alright beginner character, but there are much better beginner options, such as the newly added Pikachu who runs laps around Bob. Other characters that could potentially beat Bob to a pulp are Gumball, Kieron, Jack, Percy from Jackimaniacs, Mario from Jackimaniacs and the new Tails Show designed characters, which can spell doom and gloom for Bob if not played right!
Alright, thanks for reading this entire page. How good was Bob actually? That's up to you to decide. If you've played Multiverse Rumble, and would like to have you're input about how good he was, or to just request a character to do next, then leave it in the comments. I'll be sure to post these once every 2 days, so expect the next one to be on tuesday. Who's next is, again, up to you! Thanks for reading and I hope you all have a great day!
Bob, Tails, Mario & Friends are back for another butt kicking round of Multiverse Rumble! The sequel may be a little different from what I announced earlier last month, but I'm sure people will love it as much as the first game! It features 38 playable characters, all the past characters returning, because of course they would, as well as some new characters joining the rumble. Stages have been bumped up to a whopping 15 stages! Enjoy!
Also, justice for SneakyLadd in the photo below. Poor Bob is angry at him for no reason!
A few things I want to cover with this sequel, I understand if this isn't a good fit for something like this, but just let a man have his fun. OK?
First, we have a promo image
This image below shows off some of the characters you can expect to see in the game when it finally releases later this year. Some characters are recognizable, like Bob or Tails, whilst others may be a bit more obscure, like Kieron (the Steve next to Mario).
Next, we have the roster. I have no idea how big the roster will be exactly, but if I had to take an educated guess, it will be around 40 to 30 characters at least. However many characters we DO get, it will be bigger than the first game in the series.
And Finally... What, what else do you want me to say? Gameplay changes? Nah, none of that, good ol' fighting's the key, right? But Dude, I hear you ask, is that really it? No, it isn't. I'm just keeping the rest of the information hidden for when the game does eventually release. But for now, I hope you enjoyed this paragraph of this upcoming project. Have a great day/night and keep the rumble going, fighters.
Hello to you all. I am the wise crack creator of Multiverse Rumble, and many other great Mugen/Ikemen GO games. Multiverse Rumble, for it's time, was the best game that I posted onto my dashboard. That was until people stopped playing it for some odd reason. I recently looked back at how Multiverse Rumble was doing, and It's doing OK, so I've decided to make a sequel to this much beloved game.
Multiverse Rumble 2 will feature the same 3 series as you saw in the first game, but there will be some new characters, stages and some whole new series joining Bob, Mario & Tails in their fight for Toon domination. Listed below are different series that you can expect to see in the sequel, the roster size will be pretty big, with a few characters to pull from.
Returning Series:
- The Bob Series
- The Tails Show
- The Mario Show
New Series:
- Jackimaniacs
- The Pikachu Movie
- Kieron & Percy Show
With 4 stages for all series, we can expect only the best to come out for these 6 series. Multiverse Rumble 2 releases this year at some point, so be prepared to Rumble once more!
