When you first start a planet it's best to build some roads outwards so you have lots of tiles to build on. :)

Thanks for playing! The pump is a 2-part puzzle and rotating those pipes is the first part. You also need to provide power to the pump before it can do anything. The turret in the centre of the island is what powers the puzzles but the turret must also be powered! This is done by aligning the offshore light refractors to the turret, then you can start powering things.
